EXCHANGES: There are no exchanges as items are made to order. However, if items are still in new condition all efforts will be made to accommodate requests. Items that are damaged or defective will be replaced.
RETURNS: Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, or other reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for return. You will be responsible to cover the cost of the return shipping. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt.
REFUNDS: Once items have been received, you will receive notification via email that will advise of approval or rejection of refund request. If you are approved, we will process your refund and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
